Dere hattı boyunca uzanan ekolojik omurga ile doğu—batı yaya aksı etrafında kurgulanan proje; geçirgen yüzeyleri, sürdürülebilir yağmur suyu yönetimi, açık hava çalışma kapsülleri, gölgelikli yaya rotaları ve koru içi etkileşim odaklarıyla alan genelinde yüksek bir ekolojik konfor ve kesintisiz erişilebilirlik sağlar. Kademeli teraslarıyla topografyaya kök salan yerleşke, çağdaş mimarisini esnek açık alan kurgusuyla tamamlayarak gün boyu süren üretim—dinlenme—etkileşim döngüsünü destekleyen yeni nesil bir teknopark ekosistemi sunar.
POLSAN Technokent: A Productive Topography Integrating Nature and Technology
The landscape of POLSAN Technokent is not merely a traditional “green space,” but an integrated productivity infrastructure that extends the working culture into the outdoors. Structured around an ecological spine along the stream line and an east—west pedestrian axis, the project ensures high ecological comfort and seamless accessibility through permeable surfaces, sustainable stormwater management, outdoor working capsules, shaded pedestrian routes, and rest nodes within the grove. Rooted in the topography through stepped terraces, this site harmonizes its contemporary architecture with a flexible open-space design, offering a next-generation technopark ecosystem that fosters the continuous cycle of production, relaxation, and interaction.
