Ana giriş ve protokol yaklaşım noktalarıyla desteklenen çevre sirkülasyonunun yanı sıra; yapının bazasında yer alan dairesel peyzaj şevleri, minimal bitkilendirme alanları ve kentsel dinlenme noktaları, kullanıcı odaklı mikroklimatik konfor ve nitelikli kamusal alanlar sunarak kamu yerleşkesini dinamik bir çekim merkezine dönüştürmektedir.
The Intersection of Civic Architecture and Iconic Design: Azerbaijan Ministry of Taxes Tower Project
The landscape design approach, establishing a strong integration with the urban fabric and landmark architecture, highlights the vertical volumetric form of the structure while providing prestigious and fluid access to the building through fluid hardscape axes and an urban plaza framework. Supported by main entrance and protocol approach points surrounding the site, the sloping green mounds, minimal planting schemes, and urban seating elements integrated at the building’s base offer user-oriented microclimatic comfort and high-quality public spaces, transforming the civic campus into a dynamic focal point.
