Kıyı şeridi ve denizle doğrudan entegre bir diyalog kuran peyzaj tasarımı yaklaşımı; kumsaldan itibaren kademelenen teras mimarisi ve tropikal peyzaj kurgusuyla yapılara akıcı ve prestijli bir erişim sağlarken, çağdaş resort mimarisinin şeffaf ve katmanlı geometrisini üst seviyeye taşımaktadır. Sahil hattı boyunca uzanan lüks dinlenme alanları ve özel kabanaların yanı sıra; projenin odağında yer alan geniş teras bahçeleri, gölgelikli güneşlenme alanları ve kıyı peyzajı cepleriyle harmanlanarak kullanıcı odaklı mikroklimatik konfor ve nitelikli bir sosyalleşme alanı sunmakta, kompleksi ayrıcalıklı bir yaşam ve konaklama merkezine dönüştürmektedir.
The Intersection of Coastal Architecture and Iconic Luxury: Rixos Dubai Luxury Hotel & Branded Residences Project
The landscape design approach, establishing a direct integrated dialogue with the coastline and the sea, provides a fluid and prestigious access to the structures through stepped terrace architecture and tropical planting schemes extending from the beachfront, while elevating the transparent and layered geometry of contemporary resort architecture. Alongside the luxury lounge zones and private cabanas lining the beach, the design features expansive terrace gardens, shaded sunbathing areas, and coastal landscape pockets integrated at the project’s core. This setup offers user-oriented microclimatic comfort and high-quality social spaces, transforming the complex into an exclusive living and hospitality destination.
