Gümrük Müdürlüğü & İşletici Kuruluş Binası ile Cami alanındaki 86 araçlık otopark entegrasyonunun yanı sıra; projenin odağında yer alan yeşil iç avlu, teras bahçeleri ve çim amfi kurgusu, kullanıcı odaklı mikroklimatik konfor ve nitelikli sosyalleşme alanları sunarak yerleşkeyi canlı bir çekim merkezine dönüştürmektedir.
Erenköy Customs Directorate Tepeören Project
The landscape design approach, which establishes a strong integration with the urban fabric, provides fluid access to all structures through two entry/exit points and uninterrupted circulation axes surrounding the site, while elevating the overall green infrastructure of the campus. In addition to the integration of an 86-space parking area serving the Customs Directorate & Operating Organization Building and the Mosque, the design of the green courtyard, terrace gardens, and grass amphitheater at the core of the project provides user-oriented microclimatic comfort and high-quality social spaces, transforming the campus into a vibrant focal point.
